EXCHANGE POLICY
We are concerned with your satisfaction from the preparation of the product to the taste of our natural fruit jams and jams. So if you need to change something, follow the instructions! Read our exchange policy carefully and find out how to proceed. If you need to exchange or return something, please inform CASA DO DOCE FRUIT COOKY via email at [email protected], informing the order number or your personal data (Name and CPF).
EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All products are carefully analyzed before shipping. Even so, if you receive a defective product, you must contact us by email at [email protected] and inform about the status of the product. The deadline for exchanging the product is up to seven (7) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt.
Upon our receipt, the goods will undergo inspection and if the defect is confirmed, a new product will be sent to you in perfect condition. If the product belongs to classes that depend on weather or seasonal conditions and does not have available stock, you will have the option of choosing another product and using the amount already paid as credit for a new purchase.
In case of exchange due to a defective product, the freight to return the goods and the freight to send the new part will be on us.
EXCHANGE DUE TO DISSATISFACTION
To exchange a product received, you must contact us stating the reason for your exchange. The deadline for exchanging the product is up to seven (7) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt.
After making this contact, you must send us the product together with the Invoice, and the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Upon receiving your product, it will be assessed by our quality department and if it is in perfect condition, the exchange process will continue. Only products with non-violated/altered packaging will be accepted.
When we receive your return, we will carry out an analysis to confirm the conditions mentioned above.
